Terms of Service

By accessing or using Future ("the Service", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Future is an AI assistant platform where users interact with an AI model, earn Gold Coins for their contributions, and can unlock advanced capabilities by redeeming those coins. Your use of the Service constitutes a binding agreement with Future AI.

Future provides an AI assistant platform with the following core components:

• —AI Workspace — an interface to send prompts to and receive responses from the Future AI model
• —Gold Coin Economy — a reward system that earns you coins for every 10,000 words processed through the platform
• —Feature Unlocks — advanced capabilities (Deep Analysis, Creative Mode, Web Search, AI Memory, Agents, API Access) redeemable with Gold Coins
• —Open Data — a public, verifiable record of platform commitments and dataset structure
• —Community — a discussion board for platform users
• —Knowledge Base — curated documentation and learning resources

The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. Users between 13 and 18 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@futurecore-ai.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Future is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits, bans, or to artificially accumulate Gold Coins.

Gold Coins are the platform's internal reward unit. They are earned through verified usage of the AI Workspace at a rate of 1 Gold Coin per 10,000 words processed, provided your training data consent is active (see Section 5).

Important limitations of Gold Coins:

• —Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be transferred to other users
• —Gold Coins cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for cash or any currency
• —Gold Coins cannot be refunded or compensated upon account termination
• —Future reserves the right to adjust earning rates, redemption costs, and the available catalog of redeemable features at any time
• —Coin balances may be forfeited upon account termination or violation of these Terms
• —Artificially inflating coin earnings through automated, scripted, or bulk interactions is prohibited and will result in account termination

By using Future with training consent enabled, you grant Future AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use your interactions, prompts, responses, corrections, and feedback to train, fine-tune, and improve AI models. This license survives account deletion for anonymized data only (see our Privacy Policy for retention details).

You retain ownership of original creative content you input. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

You can withdraw training consent at any time via Settings → Privacy & Data. Withdrawing consent will disable Gold Coin earning.

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law including the GDPR.

The Future platform, including its design, codebase, AI model weights, brand assets, and all proprietary content, is owned by Future AI and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in the platform.

AI-generated outputs delivered through the Service are provided for your personal and commercial use. Future does not assert copyright ownership over AI outputs. However, you acknowledge that AI outputs are generated and may not be unique — the same or similar outputs may be generated for other users.

• —You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the model weights or architecture
• —You may not use Future's brand, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission
• —The Open Data dataset is published under its stated open license (see Open Data page)

You agree not to use the Service to:

• —Engage in or facilitate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activities
• —Generate, distribute, or facilitate the creation of spam, malware, phishing content, or disinformation at scale
• —Impersonate individuals, organizations, government agencies, or AI systems
• —Generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or content that facilitates real-world harm
• —Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reconstruct model weights or training data
• —Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to artificially inflate Gold Coin earnings
• —Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or authentication systems
• —Access or probe the platform in ways that could degrade service for other users

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice. We may refer serious violations to law enforcement.

AI-generated outputs provided through the Service are for informational and creative purposes only. They may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. You should not rely on AI outputs for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification from qualified professionals.

Future does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

Future may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without prior notice. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of termination where practical.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone. Upon deletion, your Gold Coin balance will be forfeited and your data will be removed subject to the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUTURE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

For EU/EEA users: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection or data protection law in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification and email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and may delete your account.
